Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant (T) with 9 to 13 years of experience in Finacle and Finacle Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting and will thrive in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Finacle Core banking solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on Finacle functionalities and best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Finacle implementations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Finacle solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Finacle features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Finacle applications in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Finacle implementations.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for project deliverables including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Finacle solutions post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Finacle and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
