Job Description-

Experience in secondary sourcing, procurement, or wholesale buying
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets. Databricks (creating queries). Ability to generate reports and analyze data
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of secondary sourcing and be able to communicate processes and report to management including business leaders.
Daily/Weekly review of all offers from Secondary Source Suppliers and execution within agreed parameters to issue Purchase Orders
Manages ad-hoc requests and analyses, to strategically utilize secondary source to source scare/constrained supply and mitigate other business risks, including one-time buys, special requests or offers
Creating and maintaining, distributing and enhancing all program reporting, including buy, value, and manufacturer impact reporting.
Weekly and monthly reporting and review of 2-12 secondary suppliers. Facilitation of regular supplier collaboration calls to review performance metrics.
Creation and maintenance of all programs and process documentation.
Will be accountable to Budgeting and forecasting the program volume and value by month on a rolling 12-month basis.
