Job Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and onboard vendors for office furniture, IT equipment, infrastructure, and facility services.
• Obtain quotations (RFQ), compare vendors, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Office Setup & Infrastructure

• Manage procurement for new office setup including furniture, workstations, networking equipment, and office supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation of electricals, internet, CCTV, access control, and other office infrastructure.

Cost Management

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors.
• Ensure procurement within budget and optimize costs.

Vendor Coordination

• Maintain vendor database and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Maintain records of office assets and procurement inventory.
• Track office supplies and ensure availability.

Requirements

• 15 years experience in procurement or purchase roles
• Experience in office infrastructure / corporate procurement preferred
• Strong vendor negotiation and sourcing skills
• Experience handling RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor comparisons
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills

Advertising, Digital, Media, or similar industries.
