The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Procure to Pay Internal Controls Analyst at Solventum, you will support in developing and enhancing our Procure to Pay internal controls framework. You will collaborate closely with PtP stakeholders to understand the risk environment and support the Internal Controls and Compliance Leader through in-depth analysis and preparation of relevant data. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal control framework. Your work will include:

  • Supporting the development of an ongoing monitoring framework based on data analytics
  • Once ongoing monitoring is established, owning the execution of monitoring reviews and gathering information
  • Analyzing incident data and preparing case summaries
  • Creating slide decks for trainings, process descriptions, and compliance awareness sessions
  • Supporting control development projects arising from identified gaps
  • Assisting in the execution of the annual risk assessment process
  • Executing accrual-related controls to ensure accurate financials

Your Skills and Expertise 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities
  • Expertise in MS office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Candidate will need to be able to work with a supervisor in a foreign country and with no in-country colleagues

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be provided

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
