Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team in the B&L domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes within the B&L domain
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed process documentation
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights
  • Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular process audits to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on new processes and tools
  • Support the development of process-related KPIs and metrics
  • Assist in the preparation of process-related presentations and documentation
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process effectiveness

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel
  • Should have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments
