Job summary

We are seeking a BPO SME Data professional with 2 to 5 years of experience specializing in Workday HCM Payroll. This work-from-home position requires night shifts and proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize payroll processes and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday HCM Payroll systems to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll processes and system functionalities to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for team members on Workday HCM Payroll functionalities.
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of payroll processes and system configurations.
  • Support the integration of Workday HCM Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the payroll system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Workday HCM Payroll and industry best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to achieve team goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Payroll.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bring experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Show capability in documenting processes and system configurations.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have experience in conducting audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Show a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a remote night shift environment.
