Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) is hiring for Billing & Payments Lead in India and achieve a truly exception shipper experience in EU and UK regions.

Key job responsibilities
• Leads complex invoice reconciliations and dispute resolutions.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to Level 3 analysts.
• Collaborates with cross
- functional teams to identify and resolve billing and invoicing process inefficiencies.
• Contributes to the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and billing tools.
• Participates in the implementation of new billing systems or process improvements.
• Assists in training and knowledge
- sharing sessions related to billing and invoicing processes.
• May serve as a subject matter expert for specific shipper accounts or billing scenarios.
• Assists in audit process for measuring quality for the team.
• Assists in work allocations

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
