Process Excellence & Training Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who ensure that checks/inspection are carried out for Shainin initiatives in services such that processes are in line with the defined processes meeting organisational goal.

He will be responsible to support to build a strong culture of learning, which focusses on competency building of its employees with dedicated training initiatives and to ensure to meet training KPI as per Business process

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of shainin tools to analyse and continuously improve the service performance and reduction of variability in service performance
• Check action taken are sustainable for improvement projects that improve quality performance to ensure that each process stage operates at a high process capability
• Prepare interactive training content and ensure its quality, alignment with the training objectives and minimal verbosity.
• Develop training plans covering learning objectives, schedule sessions and conduct trainings and ensure learning objectives are met.

Required Qualifications: B.Tech. / Diploma ( Electrical/Electronics)

Experience: 25 years in a technical support role

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Shainin Technique
• Knowledge of process / engineering of all service verticals
• Knowledge of Quality Management System
• Analytical skills
• MS office and strong in MIS People oriented approach and good interpersonal skills
• Strong communicator and good listener
