Process Engineer

We are #hiring a Process Engineer for Bangalore with 3-7 years relevant experience in Scale up activities of API Pharma with a B.Tech Chemical Engineering background.

Job Description

Process Scale-up & Validation: Lead risk assessments, coordinate scale-up activities, resolve deviations, and support API process validation in compliance with regulations.

Collaboration & Technical Transfer: Work with R&D for successful API product development and ensure smooth technical transfer to manufacturing.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in process equipment, troubleshoot issues, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions like CAPA and FMEA.

Training & Documentation: Develop specialized knowledge, train operational teams on SOPs, and summarize improvement opportunities in technical reports and data analyses.

Regulatory Compliance & Team Engagement: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and corporate policies while actively participating in safety and environmental team activities.
