Process Associate - Onboarding SPOC, HRSS

Responsibilities

End to end onboarding of employees on their first day at the company. Need to ensure smooth candidate experience.

Prepare joining documents and other pre-requisites for onboarding candidates

Collaborate with other team members and cross functional teams to close joining formalities on the system.

Directly interaction with the employees and need to demonstrate strong people skills.

Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance and policies

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualification - Graduation (MBA preferred) Relavant years of onboarding experience preferred

Preferred qualifications

HR domain knowledge exp. Preferred

MBA would be an added advantage
