About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in print design with prior experience in an export house , specifically in the bedsheet category . Familiarity with both soft and hard furnishings is essential, as well as a good understanding of the retail landscape and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and trend-forward print designs for bedsheets and other home furnishing categories (e.g., curtains, cushions, table linens).
• Translate global and domestic trends into commercial designs suited for the retail market.
• Work closely with merchandising and sourcing teams to align design output with product planning and timelines.
• Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in sampling and final output.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive innovation in design.
• Prepare mood boards, color palettes, CADs, and print repeats for presentations and approvals.
• Contribute to seasonal collection planning and visual merchandising inputs.

Key Requirements:

• 1.5 2 years of hands-on experience in textile/print design , preferably in an export house .
• Expertise in bedsheet design and familiarity with both soft and hard furnishings .
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in Textile/Fashion Design from NIFT, NID , or other reputed design institutions (preferred).
