Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent ServiceNow Predictive Intel and ServiceNow ITSM. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions utilizing ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance user interactions.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow Predictive Intel to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM to streamline IT service management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow infrastructure.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and advanced techniques.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to drive innovation within the team.
