Role:

We are seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance frontend applications. This role demands strong technical ownership, deep React expertise, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex frontend solutions using modern web technologies.
• Translate business and customer requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Own frontend architecture, code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
• Support the full product lifecyclefrom requirements to production and post-release support.
• Provide high-level and sprint-level effort estimates.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
• Actively participate in Agile development and TDD practices.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of software development with strong frontend focus.
• Expert proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript .
• Hands-on experience with Nx Monorepo , including custom generators.
• Strong experience with pnpm and Nx build optimization .
• Proficiency with Vite for fast and modular builds.
• Deep knowledge of Emotion (MUI) and modern CSS-in-JS practices.
• Advanced form handling using React Hook Form .
• Strong testing experience with Vitest and Playwright .
• State management and data fetching using React Query (TanStack Query) and Zustand .
• Performance monitoring using CloudWatch RUM or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React Native .
• Familiarity with Redux / Flux patterns.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs .
• Experience working in large-scale monorepo environments.
