Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering, Preferred Master in Subsea or Ocean Engineering.
- 15 to 20 years of related Oil and Gas industry experience preferable from a background in working for consultancy organizations / EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the offshore oil & gas industry working for Offshore Engineering consultants / EPCI Contractors. Experience in Subsea Pipeline DNV suit / Stablelines / FATFREE / CAESAR / Autopipe Stress Analysis. ONGC Offshore experience is must.
- Conversant with the relevant international codes & standards such as API, DNV etc. Familiar with Oil and Gas Companys standard such as Saudi Aramcos Standards, ADNOC Standards, SHELL DEPs, BP Guidelines etc.
- Software Knowledge - CAESAR, DNV Software, Mathcad, SAGE, AGA, ABAQUS
- Design calculation and studies-Subsea Pipeline - On-bottom stability assessment, Wall thickness calculation, Pipeline Thermal Expansion, Crossing analysis
Design calculation and studies-Subsea Cable - Route selection and optimization, Crossing design.
