Job Description
Title: Principal Engineer- Mysql Database Administrator
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Experience: 8-12 Yrs
Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Software Engineering
Responsibilities
Maintain existing MySQL environments, including large replication environments for data mining and mid-sized High Availability environments.
Develop and optimise database design for new applications
Troubleshoot database issues, maintain database systems' availability and scalability.
Suggest tools and processes for the identification and management of database infrastructure components.
Sounds Like You?
Experience on installation method of MYSQL and also significant general system administration skills on UNIX/HP, Linux, AWS linux
Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, and Database Consistency Checks using different Utilities.
Must have Experience with AWS RDS ,AWS backup, Replication and snapshot.
Experience working with AWS Console is a plus.
Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
