Principal Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at KPI Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data engineering initiatives and projects from conception to delivery.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions on cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Utilize Snowflake and DBT for data warehousing and transformation processes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
• Implement and maintain data workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Snowflake and DBT.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management and deployment.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
