Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Supporting UiPath RPA platform.
-
Experience in ServiceNow , similar ITSM tools.
-
ITIL certifications preferred.
-
End user issue analysis. , follow up and provide resolution.
-
Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally.
-
Off shore support with rolling shift.
-
Managing the tickets & ensure SLAs are met.
-
Experience in web application support experience in a technical/functional support environment.
-
Experience troubleshooting web applications and strong hold on SQL (SQL Server).
-
SQL knowledge, and ability to run queries.
-
Excellent understanding of how web applications work.
