Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting UiPath RPA platform.

  • Experience in ServiceNow , similar ITSM tools.

  • ITIL certifications preferred.

  • End user issue analysis. , follow up and provide resolution.

  • Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally.

  • Off shore support with rolling shift.

  • Managing the tickets & ensure SLAs are met.

  • Experience in web application support experience in a technical/functional support environment.

  • Experience troubleshooting web applications and strong hold on SQL (SQL Server).

  • SQL knowledge, and ability to run queries.

  • Excellent understanding of how web applications work.
