Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the architectural design, planning, and execution support for hospital and commercial building projects.
Review and approve concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings in line with project scope, codes, and client requirements.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Planning, Contracts, and Site Execution teams to ensure design constructability and timely approvals.
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, NBC, fire norms, accessibility standards, and hospital design guidelines.
Oversee value engineering, material selection, and design optimization without compromising quality and functionality.
Manage client interactions, design presentations, and design change approvals.
Support site teams with shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and design clarifications.
Maintain architectural quality, aesthetics, and functionality across all project stages.
Mentor and lead a team of Architects, Draftsmen, and BIM/Design Coordinators.

Desired Candidate Profile

1520 years of experience as a Principal / Lead Architect in EPC or large-scale building projects.
Strong exposure to Hospital, Commercial, or High-Rise Building Design & Execution.
In-depth knowledge of Indian Building Codes, NBC, Fire & Safety Norms, and statutory approvals.
Proven experience in client handling, consultant coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office (Navisworks is a plus).
