Job Description

Job Summary

Olive Menu is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Primary Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting restaurant owners, presenting our restaurant management solutions, and successfully closing sales. Prior experience in selling restaurant management solutions is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the Kolkata restaurant market.
  • Visit restaurants, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly explain Olive Menus features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the internal support and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to the management team.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of restaurant management systems / POS / hospitality software .
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and pain points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in the field.
  • Comfortable with field sales, cold visits, and target-based roles.
  • Basic proficiency in using smartphones, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Probation & Performance
  • Probation Period: 3 months (with sales targets)
  • Observation Period: First 1 month (training and performance observation with sales targets)
  • Confirmation will be based on performance and target achievement during the probation period.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: 25,000 40,000 per month
  • Final compensation will be based on past experience and monthly sales performance .
  • Performance-based incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
