We are looking for Primary In charge for Delhi and Mumbai for Apeejay School

The Apeejay Education Society, established by the leading Industrial House of Apeejay Stya in the year 1967, has built a rich heritage of nearly four and half decades in the field of quality education through a family of 29 institutions, i.e. 13 schools and 16 institutions of higher learning, in various states of the country, along with the Apeejay Stya University Indias first Liberal Arts University focused on Technology & Research.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Academic Leadership

• Implement CBSE curriculum, academic plans, and teaching methodologies.
• Monitor lesson planning, course coverage, and learning outcomes.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and conduct remedial classes whenever required.
• Coordinate assessments, worksheets, and evaluation processes.

B. Administration & Coordination

• Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and duty rosters for staff.
• Oversee daily school operations for the Primary Wing.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with Principal, management, and other departments for smooth functioning.

C. Teacher Management

• Mentor and guide primary teachers to enhance teaching quality.
• Identify training needs and conduct/arrange professional development programs.
• Facilitate periodic staff meetings and ensure effective communication within the wing.

D. Student Development & Discipline

• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Address behavioural issues and implement discipline policies.
• Monitor student well-being, academic performance, and overall growth.

E. Parent & Stakeholder Communication

• Conduct PTMs and interact regularly with parents.
• Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Represent the Primary Wing during school events and academic presentations.

F. Events & Activities

• Plan and execute co-curricular and extracurricular activities for Primary students.
• Coordinate annual functions, celebrations, competitions, and cultural programs.
• Promote activity-based and experiential learning

Education Qualifications Required:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed./NTT/ECCEd from a recognized institution.

Experience:

8 yrs of teaching experience including 3-5yrs as Pre Primary/ Primary In charge in a reputed school.

Salary : Not a constraint for the right candidate.
