Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced D365 Solution Architect Presales to lead solution design, technical discovery, and pre-sales engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. This role will work closely with sales, delivery, and customers to define scalable, value-driven D365 solutions aligned to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales technical engagements, including discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and architecture design.
• Translate customer business requirements into end-to-end D365 solution architectures.
• Design solutions across D365 modules such as:
• D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on value proposition, solution positioning, and demos.
• Define integration architecture with Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
• Provide guidance on data migration, security, performance, and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Required Qualification

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in D365 F&O and/or CE (at least one end-to-end implementation as architect).
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Azure Integration Services
• Dataverse
• Experience in presales activities demos, PoCs, proposals, and estimations.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions in business language.
