Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiasticPresales Representativeto contribute in generating Leads & Scheduling Appointments. You will be responsible for Generating Leads / Calling the Existing Leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Pre sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable Explaining products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Job Description: -

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our product and services.
• Answering and Probing questions about products or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and generate Leads.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team and schedule meetings.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Be the first Point of Contact for customers.
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Experience 1 to 3 years
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Salary range - 3LPA to 5LPA.
