Job Description

Presales Consultant Proposal Strategy Team

  • As a Presales Consultant (Management Trainee), you will be part of the Proposal Strategy team, supporting
  • the development of high-impact business proposals that drive client success and organizational growth. This
  • is a high-visibility role offering hands-on exposure to client engagements, proposal management, and cross-
  • functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gain a strong understanding of client requirements, and build
  • analytical, communication, and strategic skills while contributing meaningfully to winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, structuring, and design of compelling business proposals aligned with client

requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and client-

focused

Interpret and analyse client requirements with support from on-the-job training and mentorship

Support end-to-end proposal management, including content development, formatting, and quality

checks

Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, templates, and proposal standards

Conduct market and competitive research to strengthen proposal value propositions

Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal strategies and processes

Maintain and enhance a centralized knowledge repository for proposals and best practices

Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and update marketing collaterals and pitch materials

Leverage digital tools and platforms to support proposal development and collaboration

Engage with cross-functional teams to build strong working relationships and business understanding

Probation Period: 6 Months

Education: BE / B. Tech (Computer Science Background) Mandatory

PGDM / MBA Good to have.
