Summary of the Role We are seeking an adaptable and skilled Engagement Manager to oversee and deliver IT solutions for customer engagements, proposals, and sales activities. In this role, you will act as a key link between our teams and clients, ensuring seamless coordination, innovative solutions, and impactful results. Your contributions will be vital to the success of both the organization and our clients.

Your Main Responsibilities 

Engagement Management: 

  • Lead and manage IT bid projects, including additional services. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical and functional matters. 
  • Guide and collaborate with internal technical experts to deliver customer solutions. 
  • Maximize the efficient use of resources during engagement phases such as familiarization, gap identification, and scope optimization. 
  • Oversee the development and delivery of effective, client-focused solutions. 
  • Identify and address potential risks or challenges related to the solution. 
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of projects to implementation teams. 
  • Coordinate with peers across Amadeus Group, to ensure an “end to end” Amadeus & Outpayce solution for customers as required.  

Proposal Management: 

  • Develop high-level project timelines for RFPs and proposals. 
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely delivery of proposal components and solution documentation. 

Scope Definition and Approval: 

  • Support technical workshops to define requirements and interfaces. 
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and product teams to ensure consistent solutions. 
  • Minimize gaps in both functional and technical aspects during engagement phases. 
  • Manage the approval process to achieve alignment across all stakeholders. 

Sales and Contractual Support: 

  • Align solutions with commercial discussions and provide input during contract negotiations. 
  • Review solution-related contract documents to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables. 

Portfolio and Product Management Support: 

  • Share market and client insights to inform product management decisions. 
  • Analyze competitor solutions and provide ideas to improve product offerings. 

About the Ideal Candidate 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Expertise in project management and IT solutions delivery. 
  • Preferably, knowledge of the payments technology landscape. 
  • Proficiency in technical workshops, scope definition, and gap analysis. 
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and engaging with clients and senior stakeholders. 
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and manage proposal processes. 
  • Familiarity with integration methods, APIs, and interfacing systems. 
  • Understanding of competitive analysis and its role in product development. 
  • Knowledge of industry-specific IT tools, processes, and best practices. 
  • Experience 10+Yrs
