About the Role

GrowQR is looking for a PR & Community Manager who can represent the brand in the real world. This role is focused on building trust, visibility, and relationships through offline interactions, events, and direct audience engagement. You will be the face of the brand at key touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and industry stakeholders
• Plan and execute press releases, brand announcements, and media outreach
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility through partnerships, industry events, and networking forums
• Track PR coverage and maintain media relationship database

Offline Community Building

• Represent GrowQR at events, exhibitions, meetups, and partner activations
• Interact with attendees, explain product offerings, and build meaningful relationships
• Gather on-ground insights, feedback, and user sentiment
• Build and nurture a strong network of customers, partners, and brand advocates
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate field insights into strategy

Brand Representation

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice during public interactions
• Support leadership presence at events and networking opportunities
• Strengthen brand credibility through relationship-driven engagement

Events & Partnerships

• Identify relevant industry events and participation opportunities
• Support planning and execution of brand presence at offline activations
• Manage partner and stakeholder communication during events

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in PR, communications, field marketing, or community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground engagement
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation ability
• Ability to represent a brand confidently in public settings
• Self-motivated and relationship-driven

• Experience representing a startup or tech brand at events
• Existing media or industry connections
• Event coordination or activation experience
