Power Platform – Risk, Controls & Governance Lead

Capgemini is looking for a Power Platform Governance & Risk Specialist to strengthen security, controls, and compliance across our Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse environments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with PPAC governance, DLP, connector controls, and M365/Azure AD security.

Experience : 5 years to 9 years

Key Responsibilities

• Implement & maintain Power Platform governance: environments, DLP, connectors, roles, PPAC settings
• Identify & mitigate risks across apps, flows, connectors, and environments
• Handle vulnerability findings (Pen test / AVS / IVS) and drive remediation
• Support audits, prepare evidence, maintain compliance documentation
• Ensure alignment with GDPR / SOX / NIST / internal security standards
• Build dashboards/reports on usage, violations, and risk indicators
• Partner with security, IT, and business teams to enforce governance & safe development

Required Skills

• 4+ years handson with Power Platform Admin/Governance
• Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, environment design
• Strong understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR/SOX/NIST/ISO)
• Experience handling audits, vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking
• PowerShell or automation experience is a plus
