Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain POSH case documentation and investigation reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the Internal Committee (IC) with documentation, case summaries, and report preparation.
• Ensure compliance with POSH Act guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of complaints, inquiries, and investigation outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure fair and compliant case management.
• Prepare compliance reports, case insights, and policy documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in POSH documentation, investigations, or compliance writing.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Good understanding of POSH Act and workplace compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prior experience in BPO/Corporate environment will be an added advantage.
