Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Polymer Engineer, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Polymer Engineer will be responsible for tasks including research and development of polymer raw materials, analyzing polymer characteristics, and managing product extrusion processes. The role will also include reviewing and improving material performance, and supporting the trading of polymer-related materials through technical expertise and product insights.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Polymer Engineering, Polymers, and Polymer Science
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) of polymer materials and applications
• Familiarity with polymer processing techniques like Extrusion
• Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelors degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in polymer trading, development, or manufacturing is advantageous
