Profile Details

Position: Civil Planning Manager (MSP)

Project Nature: Data Center / Industrial Building

Project Location: Palava / Airoli - Navi Mumbai

Domain: Civil Engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering; Masters in Project Management is an added advantage.
• 05 to 14 years of experience in the Planning activities for EPC projects within the Building/Factories domain.
• Strong expertise in MS Project / P6 for project scheduling and planning.
• Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead the planning function independently and manage multiple project interfaces.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using tools such as MS Project / Primavera (P6).
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource plans, procurement schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions.
