Project Planning
Plan, forecast, budget and oversee the entire program of work, anticipate demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges
Provide vital inputs and insights and ensure proper coordination with architects, consultants and vendors
Preparation of Master schedule of all projects in MS Project with detailed dependencies of Drawings, purchase, contracts and lead time for material delivery, mobilization of contractors.
Weekly tracking of MSP Schedule with the inputs from DPR & Generate weekly report for all projects reflecting current status of project, delays and their reasons with site issues & requirements.

Analysis & Reporting
Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables on MSP.
Preparation of Monthly MIS for each project with details of monthly progress of project, project performance indices.
Prepare MPR (Monthly progress report) and MMR (Monthly management review).
Analyse gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern (Delay analysis)
Update and maintain look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities
Conducting weekly project review meeting with heads of all department and preparation of delay analysis reports and mitigation plans for the same.
Assisting project heads in resource planning to achieve timelines and overcome critical tasks.

Vendor Management
Review and scrutinize the tender documents submitted by consultants/ vendors to ensure they are within the acceptable organizational standards.
Process/ Software development for effective project tracking.
