Placement Specialist

As a leading EdTech company specializing in 4.0 technologies, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placement Operations Manager to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the efficient coordination of the Interview Process and ensuring successful placement of students into relevant roles post-completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on optimizing operations and fostering strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the training and placement teams.
• Implement and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.

Skills

• Proven track record in effectively managing day-to-day operations within an educational or training organization.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of professionals.

Job Type: Full Time - Work From Office

CTC: 5 - 10 LPA

Probation Period: 3 Months

Working Hours: 9:30 - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week

Requirements: Should have a laptop
