Placement Manager

The NorthCap University is inviting applications for Manager / Senior Manager Placements (Engineering Programmes). The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students of the School of Engineering & Technology, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage corporate relationships to support student placements
2. Plan and execute campus placement drives, internships, and employer engagement activities
3. Coordinate with faculty, students, and recruiters for placement-related initiatives
4. Maintain placement data, reports, and analytics to track outcomes and trends
5. Support employability initiatives aligned with industry requirements
6. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and placement guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduation / Postgraduate degree in Management / HR / Marketing or a related discipline (MBA / PGDM preferred)

Experience

Manager Placements: 58 years of relevant experience

Senior Manager Placements: 812+ years of relevant experience with leadership exposure
