Job Overview

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge machine learning models and data pipelines that power our core services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Spark and other data processing tools.

• Implement and manage MLOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models and pipelines.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and MLOps.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI/ML infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• 5+ Years of experience in Python programming.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
