Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 5 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in New Relic AppDynamics JMeter and Java. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. The role involves monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure seamless operations and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance using New Relic and AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter to ensure systems meet performance criteria.
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications to support performance testing and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.
- Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders to drive system improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of performance enhancements and monitor their impact on system performance.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and work with development teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure that performance testing and monitoring processes are aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead efforts to automate performance testing and monitoring to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing and monitoring tools and techniques.
- Provide training and support to team members on performance testing and monitoring tools and practices.
- Contribute to the development of performance testing and monitoring standards and guidelines.
- Participate in performance-related incident management and root cause analysis activities.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in New Relic AppDynamics JMeter and Java.
- Demonstrate experience in performance testing and monitoring in a professional setting.
- Have a solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Java-based applications.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
