This is a revenue ownership role.

You will manage and scale high-budget accounts and be directly responsible for measurable business growth.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Managing and scaling high-budget accounts
• Minimum 30L per month ad spend experience is mandatory
• Full funnel strategy from acquisition to conversion
• Direct client communication and strategic discussions
• Understanding business models, margins, CAC and profitability
• Structured A/B testing across creatives and audiences
• Coordinating with the design team to test multiple ad variations
• Getting multiple landing pages created and running structured experiments
• Deep focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation
• Identifying funnel drop-offs and solving them
• Accurate conversion tracking setup
• GTM, Pixels, Enhanced Conversions, Offline Conversions

• You have never handled 30L+ monthly budgets
• You only focus on CTR and impressions
• You cannot connect performance to revenue
• You need constant supervision

• Has 2 to 3 years of serious hands-on experience
• Has historically managed 30L+ monthly budgets
• Understands scaling frameworks
• Is confident in client communication
• Can independently audit and optimise accounts
• Understands CAC, LTV, ROAS and contribution margins
• Has strong CRO thinking
• Can take ownership without excuses
