Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Department: D2C Marketing

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: EiR

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, cost & efficiency) to continuously refine strategies.
• Implement and support brand marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency and visibility across all digital touchpoints.
• Leverage A/B testing and performance marketing principles to maximize ROI.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 57 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the social media marketing or D2C space.

- Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

- Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance-driven growth strategies.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role in Mumbai.

- Experience in the nutrition, health, or FMCG industry is a plus.
