About the Client
We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Agency founded in January 2024.
Within just a year and a half, the company has partnered with leading brands and platforms including YouTube, Meta, Dream11, Reliance Industries, Hero MotoCorp, and Disney+ Hotstar, helping brands collaborate with creators and build impactful influencer-led campaigns.
Role Description
Were looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms. This role requires someone who understands paid media deeply, loves working with numbers, and is passionate about driving measurable results for brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels
Drive campaign performance focused on lead generation, app installs, website traffic, and conversions
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency
Manage budgets across multiple client accounts and ensure optimal allocation of spends
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports and insights for clients
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
Strong experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, pixels, and attribution
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data
Experience working in a digital/media agency environment is preferred
