As we scale across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, we need a performance marketer who can turn ad spend into compounding revenue. Someone who's as comfortable in Meta Ads Manager as they are reading a ROAS dashboard at end of day.

What You'll Own

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube

Build data-backed growth loops using ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV

Collaborate with design and content to build creatives that actually convert

Own revenue targets across channels with weekly dashboards and performance reports

Manage and scale high-budget campaigns efficiently

You're the Right Fit If You

Have 2-5 years in D2C, FMCG, or performance marketing (brand or agency)

Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

Have managed and scaled 7-figure monthly ad budgets

Understand e-commerce metrics deeply, not just surface level

Move fast, own outcomes, and don't wait around for direction
