About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to scale a high-growth D2C brand. Youll own paid growth across Meta and Google (and other channels as relevant), drive efficient customer acquisition, improve conversion rates across the funnel, and build repeatable experimentation loops across creatives, landing pages, and offers.
Key Responsibilities
1) Paid Acquisition OwnershipOwn performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube); expand into new channels where ROI makes sense (Snap, affiliates, influencers performance, etc.).
- Manage budgets at scale with daily optimisation for CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV and contribution margins.
- Build channel strategies for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
2) Funnel + Conversion OptimisationPartner with design/content/product teams to improve landing pages, quiz/consult flows, checkout, and upsells.
- Run structured experiments: offers, pricing, bundles, trust elements, UGC angles, page layouts.
- Own weekly funnel reviews: impression click view content ATC checkout purchase.
3) Creative Strategy + ExecutionLead a creative test pipeline (UGC, statics, reels, carousels, advertorials).
- Write clear creative briefs and performance feedback loops (whats working, why, what to test next).
- Build a creative iteration system: hooks, claims, testimonials, demos, before/after (where compliant), and competitor benchmarking.
4) Analytics, Tracking & ReportingEnsure accurate tracking across Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM, events, attribution, and UTMs.
- Build dashboards and reporting cadence (daily snapshots + weekly deep dives).
- Diagnose performance issues quickly (tracking breaks, creative fatigue, audience saturation, CPM spikes, etc.).
5) Growth Strategy + Cross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate with ops/customer support to reduce RTO/cancellations and improve delivery experience.
- Collaborate with CRM/retention teams to improve LTV via email/WhatsApp/SMS flows.
- Support new product launches with positioning, acquisition strategy, and funnel planning.
- Requirements37 years performance marketing experience in D2C/e-commerce (beauty, wellness, FMCG, personal care preferred).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads with measurable scale outcomes.
- Strong grasp of unit economics: gross margin, contribution margin, CAC payback, MER.
- Deep comfort with experimentation, analytics, and performance storytelling.
- Excellent creative judgement: can identify winners and scale them.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Good to Have
- Experience scaling 2cr+ / month spend (or higher).
- Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, CRO tools, heatmaps, A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Amazon/marketplace ads or omnichannel attribution.
- Basic SQL/Sheets modelling ability for cohort/LTV analysis.
