Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and revenue. The role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and continuous optimization to improve ROI and scale growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, and other paid channels
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization aligned with business goals
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and funnels
- Collaborate with creative, design, product, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
- Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights through regular performance reports
- Track and improve website and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and heat-mapping tools
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
- Manage external agencies or vendors, if applicable
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of performance funnels, attribution models, and analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in D2C, real estate, interiors, ed-tech, or high-consideration businesses is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- MBA / Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage
- 47 years in performance / digital marketing
