Role Overview:
Were looking for a skilled & experienced Performance Marketing Manager to be at the heart of our fast paced marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring performance marketing strategies for our clients are devised & executed perfectly. Key responsibilities would include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on expertise: Responsible for Google, Meta ads and affiliate marketing initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, testing, learning, and measurement plans.
- Effective Budget Management: Leverage data based decisions and deep in-channel analysis to ensure campaigns are cost effective, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
- Acquisition Channels: Build new acquisition channels like App marketing, partnerships etc.
- Programmatic: Well versed with programmatic & platform based scripts to automate advertising channels to perform certain tasks & improve efficiency.
- MarTech Understanding: Should be well versed to understand technical implications of technology on marketing. Integration of advertising with APIs, events, etc
- Cross-Functional: Align cross-functional internal & external departments to get work delivered. It includes but not limited to Tech, Customer Service, Designer, Account managers of advertising platforms etc.
- Qualitative Skills: This role requires to work with designers for creative communication and understand consumer pain points to improve their experience.
- Quantitative Skills: This role requires to understand if activities done have an impact, should be well versed with quantitative discussions with analytics folks & calculate the impact.
- Communication Skills: This role requires to present complex acquisition ideas & share it across the org, so the presentation/communication skills are crucial for success.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have the following attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
- Must have managed budgets above $100k/month
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of MarTech API, Events, Scripting etc
