KRA Involves-
1. Revenue & Sales Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly online sales targets
- Drive revenue through paid campaigns (Google, Meta, marketplaces)
- Improve overall channel contribution to business revenue
2. Customer Acquisition
- Increase new customer acquisition through paid channels
- Optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Maintain healthy Customer Acquisition Rate (CAR)
3. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) and reduce Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve website conversion rate
- Reduce cart abandonment rate
- Optimize landing pages and user journey
5. Return on Investment (ROI)
- Achieve target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Maximize marketing ROI across all campaigns
- Ensure efficient allocation of marketing budgets
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Share actionable insights and recommendations
7. Content & Creative Performance
- Work with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
- Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
- Improve conversion through high-performing creatives
8. Marketplace & E-commerce Growth
- Manage and optimize campaigns for platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website)
- Improve product visibility and listing performance
- Drive traffic and conversions on e-commerce platforms
9. Budget Management
- Plan and utilize marketing budgets effectively
- Monitor daily spends and avoid overspending
- Ensure maximum output within allocated budget
10. Customer Experience & Retention
- Improve customer journey and post-click experience
- Support retention campaigns (remarketing, email, etc.)
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction (CSAT)
