KRA Involves-

1. Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly online sales targets
  • Drive revenue through paid campaigns (Google, Meta, marketplaces)
  • Improve overall channel contribution to business revenue

2. Customer Acquisition

  • Increase new customer acquisition through paid channels
  • Optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Maintain healthy Customer Acquisition Rate (CAR)

3. Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) and reduce Cost Per Click (CPC)
  • Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Improve website conversion rate
  • Reduce cart abandonment rate
  • Optimize landing pages and user journey

5. Return on Investment (ROI)

  • Achieve target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Maximize marketing ROI across all campaigns
  • Ensure efficient allocation of marketing budgets

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations

7. Content & Creative Performance

  • Work with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
  • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
  • Improve conversion through high-performing creatives

8. Marketplace & E-commerce Growth

  • Manage and optimize campaigns for platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website)
  • Improve product visibility and listing performance
  • Drive traffic and conversions on e-commerce platforms

9. Budget Management

  • Plan and utilize marketing budgets effectively
  • Monitor daily spends and avoid overspending
  • Ensure maximum output within allocated budget

10. Customer Experience & Retention

  • Improve customer journey and post-click experience
  • Support retention campaigns (remarketing, email, etc.)
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction (CSAT)
