About the Role:

Witrex is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaigns

- Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversions, and CTR

- Analyze campaign data and recommend optimizations

- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

- Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
