IVTHAW-Job Title: Oracle, PLSQL-Mumbai Design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements. Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs. Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely manner. Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and enhancements. • Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications to the PeopleSoft platform or custom programs to enhance value to business. • Follow coding standards as recommended in Peoplebooks • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements. • Ability to work independently and evaluate data, assess alternatives, and formulate logical recommendations. • Able to provide feasible and logical solutions to the complex problems. • Create and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces and integrations with other systems. • Perform performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PeopleSoft modules. • Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities. • Document technical specifications, development processes, and configurations. Contributing Responsibilities • Customization and Development: Design, develop and implement PeopleSoft applications, including customizations based on business requirements • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, maintaining high quality development standards • Technical Support: Provide technical support for PeopleSoft application, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system functionality. • Documentations: create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processed, aiding in knowledge transfer and future troubleshooting Technical & Behavioral Competencies • 5+ Years experienced • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Recruiting. • Experience with People Tools 8.5x, People Code, PS query, BI publisher, SQR • Skilled on working on inbound & outbound interfaces using Application engine & File layouts. • Good Knowledge of loading of data in Peoplesoft using Component interfaces • Hands–on experience on Unit Testing, Requirement validation, & support • Good Analytical skills – Quick to simplify complex topics. • Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft tools, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Component Interface. • Proficiency in SQL, SQR, and PeopleSoft Application Engine. • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and PeopleTools upgrades/patching. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Nice to have Skills • Experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR / Workday core HCM. • Expertise in HCM Data load in fusion (HDL), HSDL/ Workday. • Integration PeopleSoft with Oracle HCM/Workday. • Experience in reporting. Specific Qualifications (if required) Strongly Desired: • Knowledge about PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Recruiting
