What you'll do:

As a People Partner Technology, youll support our Technology teams by owning Technology hiring end to end while acting as a trusted people partner to engineers, product managers, and technology leaders as the teams scale.
Your scope will include: Owning end-to-end hiring for Technology roles across engineering, product, data, and related functions. Partnering closely with Technology leaders to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Sourcing and engaging technical talent through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and talent networks. Screening candidates, running HR interviews, and managing the process through to offer stage. Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, respectful candidate experience. Supporting offer discussions and rollouts in alignment with C&B and internal guidelines. Acting as the HR point of contact for Technology teams across all markets, supporting managers and employees on day-to-day people topics. Supporting onboarding, performance conversations, engagement initiatives, and review cycles for Tech teams.
What you'll need: A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or People Partner roles Proven experience hiring for technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working closely with engineers, product managers, and Tech leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders. A hands-on, practical approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality. A people-first mindset, with good judgment and the confidence to have real conversations.
