Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of PE-Loan Servicing with 0 to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan servicing tasks using MS Excel and it is advantageous if they have experience with Advent Geneva. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute loan servicing tasks efficiently using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency in loan servicing.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for loan servicing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information.
  • Monitor loan accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance loan servicing operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements to optimize loan servicing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan servicing activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and achieve company goals.
