Qualification: LSA Certification (PEGA)

Mandatory skills: Pega8.x/24.x Application Design and Development + experience on Application Architecture and Design + CSSA certification is a plus

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+years of PEGA Application Design & Development (Pega 8.x / 24.x).
• LSA Certification from PEGA.
• Strong experience in Application Architecture & Design , converting business requirements into technical design.
• Hands-on with DCO tools (Application Profiler, Enterprise Application Accelerator).
• Expertise in class structure design , data modeling , UI rules , validation , decision rules , flows , and correspondence rules .
• Experience in development and support projects , PRPC environment setup.
• Familiarity with PEGA Scrum (Agile) and Smart BPM .
• Skilled in Design Review , Code Review , and adherence to PEGA Guardrails .
• Knowledge of performance tools (PAL, AES, PLA) and deployment process using PEGA tools.
• Understanding of Agents , File Listeners , Access Group , Class Group , Access Roles , and Privileges .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
