Job Title: Pega LSA Architect

Job Location: Noida/Chennai/Bangalore, India

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months, possibility of extension depending on the project needs

Working Model: On-Site

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Total Experience: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software

Relevant Experience: At least 8+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and architecture of Pega applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and post-production issues
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring Pega developers and tech leads
• Drive Pega upgrade programs, configurations, and deployments
• Ensure timely project delivery in coordination with project managers
• Contribute to proposal development and internal capability building
• Explore and adopt new Pega features, tools, and technologies

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC experience
• Pega CLSA certification (Part 1 & Part 2)
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform 8.x components including application structure, data management, process automation, UI/UX, decisioning, security, deployment, reporting, and Pega Cloud
• Proficiency in Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
• Strong experience with Pega integrations using SOAP, REST, MQ, JMS, Kafka
• Expertise in Pega rules such as decision rules, declarative rules, data pages, validation rules, data transforms, activities, flows, flow actions, queue processors, job schedulers, report definitions, circumstancing, access groups, and rule skimming
• Ability to work from office locations as required

Optional Skills:

• Experience with Cosmos UI, Constellation UI, and Pega Mobile
• Domain experience in Telecom, Energy, Banking, or Healthcare
