Pega Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Pega development experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, and application development.
- Pega Certified CSSA or LSA
- Experience with Pega Decisioning and integration with third-party systems.
- Experience with the Infinity version is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
