Job Description
| Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-8) • Pega CSA & CSSA certified with 5-8 years’ experience. • Pega CS, PEGA Decisioning management support overview • Working technical knowledge of integration (SOAP & REST) strategies, including web services • Working technical knowledge on Case management and Decisioning rules, declarative rules, Flows, Activates and Agents, file listeners • Experience with Pega new features like Job Scheduler,Kafka,Queue Processor,New Admin Studio • Should have experience to deal with Pega OOTB functionalities • Should have experience to work in a team and to deliver the assigned items within given timeline Good-to-Have Should have hands on experience where candidate got the opportunities to implement pega basic features SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 • Superior written and oral communication and listening skills. • Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills. • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills. • Strong facilitation and consensus building skills • Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required. • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to break up complex architecture designs into phased approaches. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. |
